Worth the effort?

Recently I read an article about these Cameras tht flashes huge flash lights when snapping the pics.. But thn wats the point when most accidents occurred or what cause an accident is the attitude of driver driving dangerously and not for speeding.. Speeds do kills but thn not all the time.. Matter of facts drivers shud well trained to drive safe.. Placing these cameras in accident prone areas is welcomed not in highway pls.. We r using highway to reach soon.. Accidents at highway mainly coz ppl who drives slow wil drive in third lane not letting others to overtake.. They so adamant not to change lane. Provoking others to light up their high beam light and tailing happens.. If they drives in the lane they shud wudnt f any proba I guess.. Gov shud pay more attention on curbing crime involving lives of many innocents.. Jux a humble piece of opinions

Hey yeah- it's 7-10-2012 and of course I'm stil alive with two months to go till the year wil eventually come to end- or it's Jux a wild thought of mine.. Wateva also life goes on and keep loving also keep smiling coz each and every day is important
